Our international orders are shipped as quickly as possible however please note with most international orders there is a handling time on top of the shipping timeframe once the parcel is with our courier.
Handling timeframes are usually between 2-6 working days, this process is to allow the products to be returned to our head office from our stores so they can be despatched with a separate courier.
Once your parcel has been checked and processed at our Head Office it is passed onto our international courier TNTPOST, Once the order arrives in the country of destination it will be passed on to their local courier. Timeframes for delivery within each country vary, an estimated guide is below:
Western Europe: approximately 7-14 working days
Eastern Europe: approximately 7-20 working days
Rest of World: approximately 10-24 working days (due to customs)
UK (non mainland): approximately 3-7 working days.
You have 28 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for an exchange or refund.
All items must be returned in the condition and packaging you received them in.
We must be notified of all returns and you can do this by emailing email@example.com and requesting a returns number. Failure to notify us of a return or failure to comply with our returns process may result in a delay with your request being processed or accounted for.
We offer a free UK returns service for items not purchased in special offers or sale. You simply need to use the pre–paid trackable returns label enclosed with your order and stick it completed on the package. Take your order to the local post office and request a tracking reference, so you are able to track your return. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage and tracking number as without this we are not liable for any items that go missing.If you are not returning your parcel via our Royal Mail service or a different courier, please ensure you keep all proof of postage for your return. We are not liable for any items that go missing with other couriers.
All returns must be sent back with a returns form including your order number, your name,returns number, product details and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged. Returns must be packaged in waterproof packaging with our returns address clearly marked on the parcel, Daniel Footwear does not refund packaging costs for the return. We request that customers do not tape, mark or write on product boxes or packaging. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay in processing your return.
