UK Mainland
Standard: Delivery takes 3-4 working Days. (Sent via City Link). Our standard delivery charge is £3.99
Next Day: Orders placed before 12 noon Monday – Thursday will be sent next working day via Courier service City Link. Expect delivery between 9-5 Monday – Friday, no deliveries are made over the weekend. Our next day delivery charge is £4.99
Free Delivery: Daniel Footwear are now offering all our UK customers free delivery.
Customers who spend £75 and over will automatically receive free standard UK delivery.
We are also offering all our UK customers a saver option, you are able to select free delivery no matter what you spend, you must be aware when selecting this delivery option it could take up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Returns
You have 9 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for an exchange or refund.
All items must be returned in the condition and packaging you received them in.
We must be notified of all returns and you can do this by contacting our customer care team either by email or telephone. Failure to notify us of a return or failure to comply with our returns process may result in a delay with your request being processed or accounted for.
We offer a free UK returns service in which our selected courier will collect your parcel from you. We offer one free collection per order, if this is missed then you are responsible for the return of your parcel via a different method. Collections take place during working hours Monday-Friday, a time slot may be offered for the collection however please note this is not guaranteed, especially during busy periods.
If you are not returning your parcel via our collection service but with Royal Mail or a different courier, please ensure you keep all proof of postage for your return. It is also advised that you use a recorded service so the parcel can be tracked. We are not liable for any items that go missing with other couriers.
Daniel Footwear does not refund return postage costs.
All returns must be sent back with a returns form including your order number, your name, product details and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged. Returns must be packaged in waterproof packaging with our returns address clearly marked on the parcel. We request that customers do not tape, mark or write on product boxes or packaging. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay in processing your return.

A member of our returns team will notify you when we have received your return and your request for exchange (if available) or refund has been processed.
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we reserve the right to refuse a refund claim for reasons already stated in our terms and conditions.
