Free Delivery: Spend over £125 and receive Free UK Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery: takes 2-4 working days from despatch date. Our standard delivery charge is £5.49, orders are sent by Hermes or DPD.

Next Day: Orders placed before 13.00pm Monday – Thursday will be sent next working day via DPD. Expect delivery between 9am-8pm Monday – Friday, no deliveries are made over the weekend. Our next day delivery charge is £6.99. *This service is not available for orders to Northern Ireland

UK Priority Delivery: Delivered within 48 hours Monday -Thursday using courier DPD, Our Priority Delivery charge is £6.99 *This service is not available for orders to Northern Ireland

Returns Information

All items must be returned in the condition and packaging you received them in.
You have 28 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund.

We offer a free UK returns service for items not purchased in special offers or sale (We do not offer a free returns service for any orders placed outside of the UK). You simply need to use the pre–paid trackable returns label enclosed within your parcel, please fill out the relevant details and attach it to your package. Take your order to the local post office and request a tracking reference, so you are able to track your return. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage and tracking number as without this, we are not liable for any items that may go missing. If you are not returning your parcel via our Royal Mail service or a different courier, please ensure you keep all proof of postage for your return. We are not liable for any items that go missing with other couriers.

All returns must be sent back with a returns form including your order number, your name, product details and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged. Returns must be packaged in waterproof packaging with our returns address clearly marked on the parcel, Daniel Footwear does not refund packaging costs for the return. We request that customers do not tape, mark or write on product boxes or packaging. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay in processing your return.Please note, that for hygiene reasons and because of the nature of hosiery products, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn. The only exception to this is in the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item from us. We will be happy to refund you for any merchandise that is returned to us unopened and in its original condition.Please allow up to 5 working days from when we receive your item for your refund to be processed.
Sale items can also be returned for a full refund, however it is not free returns.

All items can be returned to any of our stores free of charge. Please note the refund is not completed at the store, but will be done at our Head Office and you will be notified once concluded. Please note all returns paperwork must be completed by yourself before taking back to a store, returns will not be accepted by the store without the relevant paperwork completed.

Republic Of Ireland / Northern Ireland

Orders take 2-4 working days from despatch date. Our delivery charge is £5.00, orders are sent by Hermes or DPD for Northern Ireland and DPD for Republic of Ireland.

All parcels are despatched on a signed for service, we recommend you do not change this. If you wish to do so Daniel Footwear do not take responsibility for lost items.

All deliveries are sent on a signed for service, if you are not available the couriers will attempt a neighbour.

Worldwide Delivery

International orders are shipped as quickly as possible using  FEDEX or DPD, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel has been despatched. To help you estimate when your order should arrive, please use the table below.

Please note any parcels being delivered outside of the EU will be subject to local taxes and customs which are to be paid by the recipient.
