All of our UK orders, purchased at full price, will contain a pre-paid returns label in the package. Please attach the label to your parcel, take the parcel to the post office and request a tracking number. It is important that you retain the tracking reference as proof of postage and to allow the parcel to be tracked in the event of delivery delays.
Items purchased in sale, promotion or at discounted prices do not qualify for free returns. In these instances the cost of return is the responsibility of the customer.
All items can be returned to any of our stores free of charge. Please note the refund is not completed at the store, but will be done at our Head Office and you will be notified once concluded.
Please allow up to 5 working days from when we recieve your item for your refund to be processed.
Please note Daniel Footwear does not refund postage costs as standard.
