We regularly review our prices so are confident of offering you the best deal we can. We know that price is important, which is why we have our price match promise scheme.
What is the Price Match Promise?
The price match promise means if you see something cheaper elsewhere, we will match that price, and where possible, try and beat it!
How does the Price Match Promise work?
1) Telephone our Price Promise team on +44 (0)113 3899899 with the following information: -
•A link / url / name of the website name where you have found the cheaper product
•The brand, style, colour and size of the product in question
•The £ price of the product
•Your email address / telephone number
2) During working hours - Our Price Match team should be able to confirm the price and take the order for you there and then
3) Please read the following conditions to check your eligibility for a Price Match

Price Match Promise Conditions
•This offer does not apply after you have placed the order. We are unable to offer any discount in retrospect, after you have ordered. For this offer to be valid you must contact us prior to placing an order
•The product must be in stock in the colour and size you specify when we verify the price (please note this might be 24 hours after your email has been sent)
•The Price Match team conduct price checks Monday-Saturday (9am to 5pm)
•The cost must include any delivery costs
•The company must be shipping from the UK and have a valid VAT registration number
•The Price Match Promise does not include certain affiliate marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay
• We can only apply the Price Match Promise for UGG® products to authorised sites listed on the UGG® Australia website.
• The Price Match Promise Policy has a fair usage policy and does not apply to bulk orders

We endeavour to have all our available stock displaying on the website. On the product page for each of our products you can use the drop down menu to select your size. Where the item is not currently in stock in that size, please select the size you require which will have ‘Email me when available’ next to it.
Once selected a link will become available beneath the product price that will enable you to sign up for an automated notification email when the item is back in stock.

We’re proud to be able to offer delivery of our fantastic products to over 30 countries and with standard and next day options available to our UK mainland customers. We work with a number of different delivery partners to make this possible.

On all of our delivery services online tracking information is available using the tracking number and link provided on your despatch email. All parcels are despatched on a signed for service, we recommend you do not change this. If you wish to do so Daniel Footwear do not take responsibility for lost items.
Please note that for all of our delivery services, deliveries will take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm.
Next Day: Orders placed before 1PM Monday – Thursday will be sent next working day via Courier service DPD Expect delivery between 9am-8pm Monday – Friday, no deliveries are made over the weekend. Our next day delivery charge is £6.99
UK Priority Delivery: Delivered within 48 hours Monday -Thursday using courier DPD, Our Priority Delivery charge is £6.99
Standard Delivery: Takes 2-4 working Days. (Sent via DPD or Hermes). Our standard delivery charge is £5.49 or Free for orders over £125
Republic Of Ireland / Northern Ireland
Orders take 2-4 working days from despatch date. Our delivery charge is £5, orders are sent by Hermes or UK Mail for Northern Ireland and DPD for Republic of Ireland.

For our UK customers we’re currently offering FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £125. These parcels will be sent on our standard delivery service arriving with you within 2-4 working days.

Through our various delivery partners we are pleased to be able to offer fully tracked delivery services wherever you are in the world. All parcels are despatched on a signed for service, we recommend you do not change this. If you wish to do so Daniel Footwear do not take responsibility for lost items.
We’ll send you a despatch email when your order is on its way, this will include a tracking number for your parcel, and the link to our courier’s website. With this you will be able to track your parcel every step of the way to your door.
For our UK, Eire and UK Offshore orders will send your parcel with Hermes or UK Mail. Our international orders are sent with FEDEX.
