If you do need to return an item to us for a refund please note that this can take up to 7 working days to process from when we receive it back at our warehouse. We will inform you that the return has been processed via email. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that refunds back to debit/credit cards can take 3-5 working days to appear back on your account.
Please note, that for hygiene reasons and because of the nature of hosiery products, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn. The only exception to this is in the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item from us. We will be happy to refund you for any merchandise that is returned to us unopened and in its original condition.
