Refund policy

Returns

You have 28 days to return your order for a full refund from the day it was delivered to you, returns outside of this time period can be refused although we will endeavour to process a refund via web credit where possible.

We offer a UK wide subsidised returns service, where you'll be deducted £2.50 from your refund value. To find out how to return your item, and create your returns label please see our Subsidised UK Returns page.

All returns must be sent back with a returns form including your order number, your name, product details, and reason for return; failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your return. Please contact us if you need a replacement returns form.

All items must be returned unworn and undamaged and in their original packaging. Shoe boxes and handbag dust bags (where provided) must be returned undamaged, and with no additional tape, markings, or writing on them. Returns must be packaged in waterproof packaging with our returns address clearly marked on the exterior of the parcel.

Daniel Footwear does not refund packaging costs for the return.

Failure to follow these instructions will result in your return being rejected or a charge being made to re-box your return up to the value of £20.

Please allow up to 5 working days from when we receive your item for your refund to be processed.

Sale items can also be returned for a full refund.
