We offer a UK-wide free returns service. You simply need to generate your free returns label on this link https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3566. Fill out the relevant details and either print the returns label and attach it to your package or take your package and email containing your QR code to a Post Office with printing facilities, and they will print the label for you. Take your order to the local Post Office and request a tracking reference, so you are able to track your return. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage and tracking number as, without this, we are not liable for any items that may go missing. If you are not returning your parcel via our Royal Mail service, please ensure you keep all proof of postage for your return. We are not liable for any items that go missing with other couriers.
All returns must be sent back with a returns form including your order number, your name, product details, and reason for return; failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your return.
All items must be returned unworn and undamaged and in their original packaging. Shoe boxes and handbag dust bags (where provided) must be returned undamaged, and with no additional tape, markings, or writing on them. Returns must be packaged in waterproof packaging with our returns address clearly marked on the exterior of the parcel. Daniel Footwear does not refund packaging costs for the return. Failure to follow these instructions will result in your return being rejected or a charge being made to re-box your return.
Please note, that for hygiene reasons and because of the nature of hosiery products, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn. The only exception to this is in the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item from us. We will be happy to refund you for any merchandise that is returned to us unopened and in its original condition. Please allow up to 5 working days from when we receive your item for your refund to be processed.
Sale items can also be returned for a full refund.
