Naturally we hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but understand that there may be reason for you to wish to return it.
All items can be returned (including sales items) within 28 days from when you receive your order, for a full refund, provided the purchase is returned in an unworn and undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Please avoid marking the product box and use waterproof packaging to protect the package in transit.
Please ensure that your order reference number (starts DAN...) is clearly displayed on the returns form. Returns forms that do not include this information will be subject to a delay in processing.
We recommend that parcels are sent back using a postal service that provides a tracking number that can be used to trace the parcel in the event of delivery delays. All items that are eligible for free returns are sent back using a tracked service with Royal Mail.
Some delivery services include insurance covering the parcel against loss or damage. Please use this at your discretion.
Please note that proof of postage does not constitute proof of delivery. Daniel Footwear are not liable for returned product lost in transit.
Please note, that for hygiene reasons and because of the nature of hosiery products, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn. The only exception to this is in the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item from us. We will be happy to refund you for any merchandise that is returned to us unopened and in its original condition.
All items can be returned to any of our stores free of charge. Please note the refund is not completed at the store, but will be done at our Head Office and you will be notified once concluded.
All items must be returned in the condition and packaging you received them in.
Please allow up to 5 working days from when we recieve your item for your refund to be processed.
