Review Summary - 4 out of 5 based on 1 rating.

Shoes were really lovely. The experience of delivery to the DF shop in Alderley Edge was awful. I went to collect my shoes, the women who served me only gave me 1 pair of and order of 2 pairs of shoes, because the box was large I thought both pairs of shoes were in there. I then had to do another journey to collect the second pair.No apology from assistant, who was busy eating her lunch, in full view of any customers that might have been in the shop. I felt as though I was an inconvenience for her, to disrupt her lunch. The shop was not busy at all. Perhaps the staff need to go on a training course for better customer service, or change the staff for people who care.
