Next Day: Orders placed before 13.00pm Monday – Thursday will be sent next working day via DHL or Royal Mail. Expect delivery between 9am-8pm Monday – Friday, no deliveries are made over the weekend on this service. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day. Our next day delivery charge is £7.99.

Please note not all deliveries will require a signature, in most cases the courier will either take a photograph proof of delivery or a signature. After a failed delivery attempt your parcel may be returned by our courier and a redelivery charge may occur for it to be resent.
On some occasions couriers will leave your parcel in a secure location if no one is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. However, we are not liable for any damage/loss that may occur from this.
Republic Of Ireland
Orders take 2-4 working days from the despatch date. Our delivery charge is £8, orders are sent by Royal Mail or DHL for the Republic of Ireland.
All parcels are despatched on a signed for service, we recommend you do not change this. If you wish to do so Daniel Footwear does not take responsibility for lost items.
All deliveries are sent on a signed for service, if you are not available the couriers will attempt a neighbor.
**Please note all Republic of Ireland orders will have local duties and taxes to pay on delivery**
Worldwide Delivery
International orders are shipped with DHL or Royal Mail, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel has been despatched. To help you estimate when your order should arrive, please use the table below. The price below covers orders up to 5 pairs/units, any additional pairs above this will incur a £5 charge per pair
Please note any parcels being delivered outside of the UK will be subject to local taxes and customs which are to be paid by the recipient including new Tariffs for US orders. If you refuse delivery of your parcel and do not pay these charges we reserve the right to deduct this charge from your refund to cover our costs and the delivery charge.

Returns
You have 28 days to return your order for a full refund from the day it was delivered to you, returns outside of this time period can be refused although we will endevour to process a refund via web credit where possible.
You can return your order to any of our stores for free, you can find your nearest store here, please ensure you take your fully completed returns form to the store otherwise your return cannot be accepted
We offer a UK wide subsidised returns service, where you'll be deducted £2.50 from your refund value. To find out how to return your item, and create your returns label please see our Subsidised UK Returns page here.
All returns must be sent back with a returns form including your order number, your name, product details, and reason for return; failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your return. Please contact us if you need a replacement returns form.
All items must be returned unworn and undamaged and in their original packaging. Shoe boxes and handbag dust bags (where provided) must be returned undamaged, and with no additional tape, markings, or writing on them. Returns must be packaged in waterproof packaging with our returns address clearly marked on the exterior of the parcel.
Daniel Footwear does not refund packaging costs for the return.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in your return being rejected or a charge being made to re-box your return up to the value of £20.
Please note, that for hygiene reasons and because of the nature of hosiery products, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn. The only exception to this is in the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item from us. We will be happy to refund you for any merchandise that is returned to us unopened and in its original condition.
Please allow up to 5 working days from when we receive your item for your refund to be processed.
Sale items can also be returned for a full refund.
